In this hands-on workshop, Marlo M. will show you how to photograph your handmade products using your phone, simple lighting setups, and free or low-cost editing apps. You’ll learn how to create bright, polished images that feel consistent with your brand and help your products stand out online.

About Marlo M.

Marlo Miyashiro, also known as Marlo M., is the co-owner and Managing Director of The Handmade Showroom, an independently owned Seattle retail store representing more than 260 artists, designers, and makers from across the Pacific Northwest and the United States.

She brings more than 30 years of handmade industry experience as a jeweler, wholesale artist, retailer, buyer, educator, product photographer, and creative business consultant. Her classes combine that experience with practical knowledge of handmade products, product photography, retail presentation, wholesale relationships, customer behavior, and the everyday decisions involved in building a sustainable creative business.
