Returns and exchanges at The Handmade Showroom
Items returned for refund or exchange must be in unused condition, have all original tags attached, and be in salable condition (unless defective). If an item shows use or wear, such as a t-shirt that has obviously been worn and/or washed, we will not be able to process a return or exchange and the original item(s) will be returned to you.
Please note that discounted, sale-priced, special-request, and custom-made items are final sale and not returnable or exchangable.
In-store returns or exchanges: New or defective merchandise purchased at The Handmade Showroom (THS) are accepted for exchange, store credit, or refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt, receipt code, or online order number. (If paid with a credit card, your receipt number can also be recalled in-store with same credit card used to make the original purchase).
Online purchase returns and exchanges: To ship your return items to us for an exchange, credit to an online gift card code, or a purchase price refund to the original form of payment, please contact us with your receipt code or order number for complete return instructions and a personalized Return Authorization number prior to shipping.
