In-store returns of new or defective merchandise purchased at The Handmade Showroom (THS) are accepted for exchange, store credit, or refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt or receipt code. (If paid with a credit card, your receipt number can also be recalled in store with same credit card used to make the original purchase)
Items returned must be in unused condition, have all original tags attached, and be in salable condition (unless defective).
Please note that discounted, sale-priced, special-request, and custom-made items are final sale and not returnable.
