Necklace - Dragonfly Large Burgundy Ombre by Verso Jewelry

This dramatic necklace starts with little sterling silver frames inspired by dragonfly wings which are then dipped into an abaca paper fiber solution. After multiple layers of paper are dried, the artist hand-dyes the paper with gradient color and then seals everything with crystal clear resin to protect and waterproof them. Each wire form is then affixed to an 18 inch delicate sterling silver chain to create a flowing flutter of movement throughout the necklace.
