The shirt is a 50% polyester, 25% combed and ringspun cotton, 25% rayon blend, and won't shrink.
Factory 43 uses a process of screenprinting called discharge printing. Rather than regular inks, discharge inks (which remove the shirt's dye and bring the fabric to its natural light or white color) are used to print the image. In areas of the design that have color, a colorant is added to the discharge ink. The result is a very soft print that moves with the fabric.
