Created by first deconstructing traditional “big name” barbecue sauces, cherry-picking favorite flavors and then eliminating common allergens (like gluten, anchovies, Worcestershire, corn starch), replacing them with a carefully-chosen array of spices and locally-grown vegetables including the famed Habanero pepper.
