These large statement earrings are made in the same way all Verso pieces are made - starting with a brass frame which is then dipped into an abaca paper fiber solution. After multiple layers of paper are dried, the artist hand-dyes the paper with gradient color and then seals the whole piece with crystal clear resin to protect and waterproof the earrings.

- Gold-filled sections consist of a thick layer of 14k gold mechanically bonded over jeweler’s brass; it is hypoallergenic, higher quality, and much longer-lasting than gold plate
