This smooth silver-colored watering bell can be used to water your plants, and when not in use, makes a lovely decorative item just resting in its drip tray. How to use: Watering bells are a neat physics-based way to water your plants! Just submerge the entire pot in water until full. Wrap your fingers around the neck of the pot and use your thumb to cover the hole at the top. The water will stay inside until you release your thumb, raining out in a gentle flow, and will stop again when you re-cover it. To avoid drips as you move between plants, keep the pot vertical; tilting it to the side can create leaks.
How to clean: After use, make sure to completely dry around the outside of the water bell with a towel. If possible, let it rest on its side or top to allow it to dry fully. To clean, fully submerge the water bell in warm, soapy water and go through the filling and emptying process a few times. After that, let the soap wash out and go through the drying process. It is also recommended to occasionally rinse or soak in rubbing alcohol or any bacteria cleaning substance of your choice to kill off any possible bacteria that may’ve formed. CLEAN FREQUENTLY.
